Contract Bazaar is seeking an experienced and process-driven Manager – Legal Operations to lead our legal delivery function and strengthen operational efficiency across the organisation. This is a senior role suitable for professionals with strong exposure to legal operations, contract management, or the broader professional services ecosystem.

About the Role

The Manager – Legal Operations will be responsible for overseeing the Legal Operations team, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of all client assignments. The role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and the ability to drive improvements in processes, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Legal Operations team, ensuring effective workload management and timely execution of deliverables.
• Develop and implement SOPs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround timelines.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members.
• Track operational metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reporting for management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to support smooth workflows and enhance client satisfaction.
• Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and drive process optimization initiatives.
• Promote the use of automation tools, operational trackers, and dashboards.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in a professional services environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Graduate or higher; MBA preferred.
• Exposure to legal operations, contract management, or legal process management is advantageous.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
