We are seeking a Manager – Life Support Systems to lead daily operations of our aquatic engineering infrastructure. This role is about more than machines — it’s about ensuring that the Red Sea’s story can be brought to life for the world.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the daily operation of advanced water treatment and life support systems.
  • Supervise and mentor Assistant Managers and Specialists in a high-performance team.
  • Collaborate with curators, veterinarians, and aquarists to ensure healthy, thriving exhibits.
  • Take responsibility for troubleshooting and rapid response to technical challenges.
  • Contribute to system upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and new projects.


What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Environmental Engineering.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in aquatic systems or water treatment, with supervisory experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in pumps, filtration, ozone, UV, and monitoring systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A professional who sees engineering as essential to life and conservation.
