Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager!
You will lead the development and execution of targeted email strategies across the customer lifecycle. You will be instrumental in shaping personalized journey communications, optimizing lifecycle calendarization, and driving engagement and retention through strategic email touchpoints.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement targeted email strategies aligned with customer lifecycle stages (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, Analytics, Creative) to define audience segmentation and journey mapping
  • Own and maintain the lifecycle email calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communications across all customer segments
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align lifecycle messaging with broader campaign initiatives and product launches
  • Analyze performance of lifecycle email journeys and identify opportunities for personalization, automation, and conversion improvement
  • Test and iterate on messaging, timing, and triggers to enhance customer experience and business outcomes
  • Serve as the strategic lead for lifecycle email initiatives, providing guidance and insights to internal partners
  • Present strategy, performance, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Iterable) and analytics tools to build, deploy, and measure email journeys. Stay current on email marketing trends, compliance, and best practices
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication or related field
  • Good years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing with a focus on email strategy
  • Proven success in managing customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer data tools
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Experience in B2C or subscription-based business models
  • Familiarity with personalization engines and dynamic content
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and behavioural targeting
