Manager, Lifestyle Partnerships

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Lifestyle Partnerships Manager to support the execution of premium lifestyle experiences and benefits for our UHNW and affluent banking clients. This role is focused on client retention and engagement by developing exceptional partner relationships across the luxury ecosystem.

You will be instrumental in sourcing, activating, and managing lifestyle partnerships that elevate the bank’s private client proposition, while ensuring seamless delivery of value-added experiences through both digital and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development & Activation

  • Identify and establish partnerships with high-end brands across travel, wellness, fine dining, luxury retail, real estate, and art.
  • Negotiate exclusive offers, preferential access, and co-branded experiences for eligible client segments.

2. Program Execution

  • Manage partner onboarding, activation, and integration into client engagement campaigns.
  • Coordinate execution of experiences and ensure high-quality delivery in line with brand standards.

3. Client-Centric Experience Design

  • Work with CX, CRM, and Private Banking teams to align offers with client interests and behaviors.
  • Ensure each partnership touchpoint enhances the overall client journey and deepens brand loyalty.

4. Reporting & Relationship Management

  • Monitor and report on partner performance, client feedback, and engagement rates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and continuous improvement.


Key Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in luxury brand partnerships, hospitality, concierge, or financial services.
  • Experience working with or for UHNW clients is strongly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to partnership execution within a highly regulated environment is a plus.

  • Strong project and relationship management skills.
  • Commercial acumen in negotiating partnership value.
  • Attention to detail and high service delivery standards.
  • Understanding of GCC/UAE luxury consumer trends.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
