Manager Logistics and Freight

The purpose of the role is to support the Procurement Department by gathering and synthesizing Key Market and Internal Data crucial.

This involves actively collaborating with several stakeholders within the organisation and being able to understand the E2E procurement Process to provide the data in organised and structured manner. If necessary, the procurement analyst will be responsible also to bring change within the organisation to improve the data collection. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Ideal Candidate: Someone with 2-3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement with exposure to Marketing & Business Services categories in FMCG/ CPG/ Alco bev Sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business requirements to formulate the problems to solve and restrict the slice of data to be explored.
• Drive Procurement transformation projects as and then needed
• Identify Avenues of Simplifying of processes
• Performing cleansing, processing, and validation on the data subject to analyse, to ensure its quality.
• Exploring large volume of data and visualizing data.
• Performing statistical analysis to derive business insights.
• Clearly communicating the findings from the analysis to turn information into something actionable through reports, dashboards, and/or presentations.

Skills:

• Experience solving problems in business
• Proficiency with Advance excel and writing of macros
• Experience with data integration from multiple sources
• Proficiency in at least one query language, especially SQL.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
