Manager – Maid Services Company

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Manager to lead and grow our Maid Services Company. The ideal candidate will be a strong business developer and operations leader with proven ability to bring in clients, secure full-building and corporate cleaning contracts, and expand company revenue.

The Manager will be fully responsible for end-to-end operations, including client acquisition and retention, managing maid staff, scheduling and bookings, transportation (pick & drop), and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires someone with a strong professional and social network in the UAE, capable of building long-term relationships with property owners, facility management companies, offices, and large organizations.

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in maid/cleaning services management. The role demands accountability, discipline, and the ability to boost business growth while maintaining service standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in maid or cleaning services
• Proven track record in bringing clients and securing building contracts
• Strong contacts with corporate clients and large companies
• Ability to manage staff, operations, schedules, and logistics independently

Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000, depending on experience and performance.
