We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee hospital infrastructure, equipment, and facilities, ensuring smooth and safe operations.

Job Description:
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance activities within the hospital premises. This role involves managing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with hospital safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all maintenance activities for hospital infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply, and medical gas systems.
• Monitor and manage maintenance staff including technicians, electricians, plumbers, and housekeeping supervisors.
• Respond promptly to maintenance complaints or breakdowns to ensure patient care services are not disrupted.
• Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and compliance reports as per NABH/NABL standards.
• Inspect and ensure safety compliance for all hospital equipment, fire safety systems, lifts, and generators.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repair, AMC, and project work.
• Plan and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Support new facility projects and renovations, including installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to hospital facilities, electrical safety, and environment.
• Train and guide maintenance staff on safety practices, equipment handling, and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Report regularly to hospital management on maintenance status, issues, and improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility maintenance (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle emergency maintenance issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
