Manager, Management Accounts

We are currently hiring for the role of Manager, Management Accounts, who will be responsible for leading and managing delivery of monthly management accounts and reviewing KPIs.

• An Ideal candidate should have min. 10 Years of experience in financial role in a large organization or should have worked in Big 4s.
• He/ she should be a qualified CA, CMA or CPA with a graduation in Business studies or accounts or finance. MBA or master's will be a plus.

Job responsibilities:

• Generating monthly management accounts , reviewing and providing insightful v ariance analysis and commentary on monthly/ yearly basis against the budget, including P&L accounts, cash flows and balance sheets.
• Ensuring integrity of monthly management accounts with statutory reporting requirements.
• Assisting in reviewing financial transactions and interpreting/ communicating financial data to non-finance management groups.
• Preparing and analyzing financial KPIs and supporting in preparation on Finance systems strategy.
• Performing ad-hoc financial management analysis of results, project performance etc. and supporting concerned departments and management team in making financial decisions.
