This is a high-impact role where you’ll connect
product design with high-volume manufacturing
, driving process development, equipment deployment, and production ramp-up.
You’ll build and lead a strong engineering team while owning the
end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle
—from early design input through full-scale production.
What You’ll Do

Lead and develop the manufacturing engineering team for pack assembly

Design, implement, and optimize assembly processes for battery modules and packs

Own equipment strategy—specification, procurement, installation, and commissioning (URS, FAT/SAT)

Drive continuous improvement across
efficiency, quality, and cost

Partner with design engineering to ensure
DFM/DFA-ready products

Lead product launches from concept through production ramp

Collaborate with suppliers, integrators, and internal stakeholders

Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Jira
What You Bring

7+ years in manufacturing engineering, including team leadership experience AND experience with manufacturing of batteries

Strong background in
process development, equipment commissioning, and production scale-up

Expertise in
lean manufacturing and high-volume operations

Proven ability to lead full lifecycle manufacturing projects

Experience collaborating with design teams on manufacturability

Strong project management and organizational skills

Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing)
