Herbalife India is looking for a seasoned Manager – Market Strategy & Brand Trust Initiatives to lead strategic programs that enhance our market positioning and organizational resilience. This newly created role is central to driving cross-functional projects that support our long-term growth and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management

Lead and support high-impact initiatives aligned with business priorities
Manage project timelines, stakeholder coordination, and execution excellence
Develop frameworks and dashboards to monitor progress and outcomes

Brand Trust & Anti-Counterfeiting Initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen brand protection strategies
Support awareness and education programs for stakeholders
Monitor and report on key metrics related to brand trust

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, sales, IT, CSR, and legal teams to ensure alignment
Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation

Market Research & Insights

Conduct secondary research to inform strategic decisions
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 8–10 years of experience in project management, strategy, or brand-related roles
✔ Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
✔ Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management and BI tools
✔ PMP or equivalent certification is a strong advantage
