MANAGER MARKETING

What We Are Looking For:

We are a leading textile embroidery unit seeking an experienced Manager Marketing to drive and grow our local market segment.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Preferable in Textiles, Manufacturing, or related field.)

Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in textile embroidery/local market operations.

Job Responsibility:

• Drive sales by generating and managing customer leads.
• Oversee customer design concepts, internal design briefs, Sampling and design approvals.
• Lead season planning and determine fabric requirements.
• Manage and negotiate with fabric, dyeing & printing vendors.
• Plan and supervise dyeing, printing, embroidery, cutting & dispatch workflows.
• Handle costing, pricing negotiations and invoice approvals.
• Coordinate quality issue resolution between factory and customers.
• Manage customer and vendor payments/recoveries.
• Ensure timely deliveries and an exceptional customer experience.
