Manager Marketing

Job Descriptions:

* Oversee SEO/SEM, paid search, social media advertising, and email nurturing workflows to drive traffic and convert high-value leads.
* Plan and deploy end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, paid media, and events) aligned with broader business objectives.
* Maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints. Guide creative direction for print, digital, and video assets to ensure messaging remains clear and consistent.
* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics. Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve customer acquisition costs (CAC).
* Manage and mentor internal marketing associates and freelancers. Partner closely with the Sales, Product Development, and Design teams to execute cohesive go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
* Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to identify new growth segments, consumer trends, and emerging marketing tech tools.
* Prepare, allocate, and monitor the annual marketing budget, ensuring high-impact utilization of resources.

Requirements :

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing role, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or campaign management capacity.
* Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, AI Marketing Tools, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
* Comfortable building and parsing performance spreadsheets, setting up A/B tests, and utilizing web analytics tools.
* Exceptional written communication, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple project workflows simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
