JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager – Marketing & Communication is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing, branding, and communication initiatives to strengthen The Hunar Foundation’s visibility, promote its vocational training programs, and enhance stakeholder engagement. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, increasing student enrollment, supporting fundraising campaigns, and showcasing THF’s impact through compelling storytelling and creative campaigns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing and communication strategy aligned with THF’s mission, objectives, and growth plans.
· Strengthen THF’s brand presence through consistent messaging, design standards, and impactful campaigns across print and digital media.
· Plan and execute enrollment campaigns, including advertisements, outreach events, and partnerships with schools, colleges, and communities.
· Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and industry trends to enhance positioning and program promotion.
· Oversee the creation and management of digital content for THF’s website, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
· Drive engagement through creative posts, videos, success stories, and interactive campaigns.
· Monitor analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
· Lead internal and external communication efforts, including newsletters, press releases, success stories, and promotional materials.
· Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance visibility.
· Support fundraising and donor engagement by developing impactful communication materials, presentations, and success case studies.
· Plan and organize events such as career fairs, student exhibitions, corporate partnerships, community drives, and donor visits.
· Coordinate with academic teams to ensure cohesive messaging during institute activities, graduations, and other events.
· Work closely with Admissions, HR, and Program teams to create targeted campaigns for student recruitment, staff engagement, and corporate sponsorships.
· Provide marketing support for new courses, institute launches, and special projects.
· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, content creators, and designers to deliver high-quality outputs.
· Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum ROI on campaigns.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
6–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand management (education or nonprofit sector preferred).
Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media management, and content development.
