Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute BVS Global’s global marketing strategy aligned with business goals across GCC, MENA, India, and international markets.
- Build and lead the marketing department—including content, design, SEO, social media, and agency partners—to drive high-quality output and operational excellence.
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs, ensuring ROI-driven performance and continuous optimization.
2. Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership
- Strengthen BVS Global’s brand identity across all platforms with a focus on trust, precision, and global mobility.
- Lead the creation of premium content including newsletters (BVS Global Digest), guidebooks, and industry updates.
- Establish BVS Global as a thought leader on LinkedIn.
3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Set up and oversee lead-generation funnels for all services, across B2B and B2C.
- Coordinate with performance marketing agencies to assess metrics, optimize campaigns, and enhance conversion quality.
- Develop dashboards to consolidate all leads and evaluate channel performance for data-driven decision-making.
- Weekly and monthly reports and analysis.
4. Digital Transformation Initiatives
- Drive digital-first improvements across customer journeys, marketing automation, and funnel optimization.
- Enhance online presence via SEO, website UX improvements, and data-backed content strategies.
- Be instrumental in streamlining internal processes, including CRM, Whatsapp and Email automation etc
5. Social Media & Communication
- Develop platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Create high-engagement content targeting HR professionals, entrepreneurs, HNIs, and global mobility decision-makers.
- Oversee communication on compliance updates, regulatory changes, visa processes, and market insights.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and BD to source content, align messaging, and support business goals, including end-to-end execution of webinars and on-ground events.
- Ensure marketing supports all service verticals with accurate, educational, and conversion-friendly messaging.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on new initiatives, business pitches, and transformation projects.
7. Creative Development
- Drive the development of visually compelling creatives, videos, reels, storytelling content, and campaigns.
- Introduce non-cliché communication frameworks and benefit-first messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all public-facing assets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
