Manager Mechanical Maintenance BTC, Aurangabad

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager at BTC Aurangabad, you’ll take ownership of safety actions and reliability projects, drive energy and bold goals, and ensure breakdowns and costs stay within or below AOP targets. You’ll also mentor and coach talent while contributing to the plant’s overall performance

• You’ll be responsible for the reliability of BC mechanical equipment, including hydraulic and mechanical curing presses (Sinorapp and L&T), and final finish equipment like AAA (MHI) and Micropause.

• You’ll ensure all safety standards are met as per GY requirements.

• You’ll take charge of statutory compliances within the scope of the business center.

• You’ll maintain machines to achieve zero breakdowns and ensure process conformity.

• You’ll handle Capex projects related to sustenance and long-term reliability.

• You’ll drive the Plant Optimization–Reliability pillar in line with organizational guidelines.

• You’ll coordinate with departments like Production, Quality, and Safety to meet plant KPIs.

• You’ll ensure maintenance costs are kept within plan.

• You’ll manage spare parts inventory to meet operational requirements.

• You’ll build a bench of indigenous suppliers in alignment with the global team to reduce import dependency and strengthen local expertise.

• You’ll lead skill enhancement programs for hourly and contractual associates.
