Manager Media & Communications

Basic Eligibility Criteria
Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
10–12 years of progressive experience in media, communications, or brand leadership
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale media projects or broadcast content
Job Profile Requirements
Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy aligned with organizational priorities
Ensure message consistency across media, digital platforms, publications, and public engagements
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, production houses, and media partners
Oversee press releases, media briefings, op-eds, and crisis communications
Provide strategic and operational support to the Media Committee in the conceptualization and rollout of media initiatives such as drama serials, public service campaigns, documentaries, and digital storytelling
Serve as the coordination focal point between Organization and external partners, including production houses, broadcasters, creative agencies, and PR firms
Oversee presence across all digital channels
Oversee production of Annual Reports, Impact Stories, Newsletters, Donor Communications, and website content
Manage the website and ensure it reflects the organization’s mission and vision
Exceptional strategic writing and editorial skills
