The Manager, MN Clinical Operations supports the safe and effective delivery of patient care services in the Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation. Is responsible for daily operations of the clinical operations team, clinical education, supervision and development of staff, performance improvement, and enhancement of the profitability of assigned areas. Participates in Foundation support initiatives. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agency requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manages staff, assigns and delegates responsibilities within the scope of practice to the appropriately licensed and unlicensed health care providers as indicated. Oversees daily operations and leads department usingHigh school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Ambulatory Care Nursing (AAACN certification) preferred.
Five (5) years supervisory experience, three (3) of which is in an inpatient or outpatient clinical setting required.
