IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position supports the strategic and commercial objectives of the Mobility GSM portfolio. This role is responsible for executing product development plans, managing pricing implementation, tracking product performance, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the business strategy. The position requires strong analytical skills, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful delivery and performance of mobility products. The Manager also contributes market insights and competitive analysis to help with tactical decisions and optimize product profitability.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Conduct and present ongoing customer insights, competitor analysis, and market trends to support product strategy formulation.
• Execute product plans and initiatives under the guidance of the line manager to meet revenue, margin, and product performance targets.
• Coordinate and support marketing, pricing, and promotional activities in line with business objectives
• Collaborate with sales/channel teams to ensure strong product visibility and uptake across all relevant segments.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; recommend product iterations and tactical moves based on performance data.
• Lead and support product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BBA Bachelor of Science (BSC.) in Engineering or related field,

• Relevant experience in the field of sales & distribution of 5 years.

• Excellent knowledge of business understanding.
