We are looking for an experienced Modern Trade Sales Professional to manage and expand our business across leading modern retail chains and other key outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new modern trade clients and large-format stores.
  • Manage end-to-end sales operations for assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and category heads.
  • Ensure product visibility, stock availability, and proper merchandising.
  • Implement in-store promotions, branding, and activation plans.
  • Track daily sales performance and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Negotiate listings, margins, promotional agreements, and annual business plans.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share periodical market insights.
  • Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Account / Institutional Sales.
  • Proven experience in onboarding new modern trade accounts.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade dynamics, merchandising, and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel as required.
  • Experience in footwear, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
