Key Responsibilities

Lead ideation, conceptualization, and execution of high-quality, engaging motion graphics and VFX content for in-app campaigns, feature launches, and event moments.

Design and deliver high-fidelity Lottie animations, optimized for performance and scalability.

Oversee the planning and scheduling of animation projects in line with marketing/product calendars; ensure timely delivery by mentoring and training team members.

Guide the team in illustrating and animating characters, scenes, and interactive components for campaigns and user journeys.

Partner with visual design and UX teams to maintain alignment with campaign goals and platform-specific requirements.

Introduce and embed new motion design trends and formats into the creative pipeline, continuously evolving our aesthetic and interaction models.

Develop and present storyboards and animation concepts to stakeholders; lead the team through full-cycle execution with creative ownership.

Drive innovation by crafting new user experience patterns using motion, especially during new feature or platform unlocks.
Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role within motion design, animation, or video production.

Proven experience working across animated films, mobile platforms, apps, or digital/social media campaigns.

Deep knowledge of animation principles, visual storytelling, composition, design, staging, timing, and character animation.

A degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline is mandatory.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for design nuances, color, and movement.

Working understanding of UI/UX design systems and how motion enhances user experience across digital products.

Strong illustration and character animation capabilities are essential.

Proficiency in both 2D and 3D animation workflows.

Familiarity with image manipulation, color correction, and post-production techniques is an added advantage.
