Manager Network Rollout

About the role: 

This position is part of the RAN-MW Implementation, Access Transport Implementation, responsible for executing end-to-end deployment of network infrastructure including MW Rollout, RAN Implementation, required Power systems, as well as monitoring of required CW activities as per locked design/standards.




The role combines deep technical expertise with project management skills, ensuring timely, efficient, and quality-driven implementation of network rollouts, upgrades, and migrations. The individual will act as a technical lead for field teams and a liaison between engineering, planning, vendor, and project management stakeholders. This position will support monitoring of E2E deliveries, Quality of Work & Acceptance of sites.

Your Typical Day will look like: 

• Establish and maintain a dashboard for management's view on Portfolio Management.
• Preparation and Documentation for meetings, presentation for management review.
• Maintaining records and repository/database of all the essential documentation of Projects/Portfolio
• Planning, tracking, and ensuring project milestones delivery (PIP)
• Reporting and documentation
• Develop an integrated team environment to achieve the monthly targets & to make sure the project delivery in time
• Build/Establish Vendor relationship to secure timely & quality delivery
• Coordination & Follow-up with Vendor for project update and delivery
• Coordination between teams for understanding of plans & establish implementation scenarios.
• Coordination with external stakeholders for projects execution plans and timely updates. 
• Acceptance of delivered scope to main stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

Education:   Bachelor's in electrical/computer engineering

Work experience: At least 7+ years of experience of working with a Telecom vendor or an operator in similar role




Certifications:  Project Management Certifications (PMP)




Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: 

• Good understanding of Telco Network RAN Implementation
• Knowledge of CW design for telecom Sector.
• Experience of handling budgetary issues with necessary tracking, forecasting and business case presentation 
• Presentation and Reporting skills
• Experience of working in role which involved vendor management
