Manager of application and systems

Technical Responsibilities

• Lead, through coordination with relevant stakeholders, the process of identifying and analyzing technical business requirements of partners and investors to ensure the development of digital solutions that meet their operational and strategic needs.
• Oversee the design and development of technical solutions and ensure their integration with internal and external systems, contributing to improved data flow, system interoperability, and enhanced service efficiency.
• Guide the development and enhancement of digital applications and systems for external beneficiaries to ensure an outstanding user experience aligned with investors’ expectations and quality standards.
• Monitor the maintenance and operation of existing digital systems and services to ensure their readiness, continuity, and alignment with partner and user requirements.
• Develop and enhance electronic integration mechanisms with relevant external entities to improve data quality and accuracy, and reduce manual processing duplication.
• Oversee the development, review, and continuous improvement of performance indicators for external systems to ensure the achievement of operational objectives and the enhancement of business efficiency.
• Lead compliance efforts related to the development of partner systems to ensure alignment with approved policies and procedures, technical governance requirements, and sustainable digital performance.
