Manager of Applied Behavior Analysis Services - Horizons - FT
Essential Responsibilities:

Perform acts that are within the scope of practice as defined by the applicable licensing board and related certification agencies.

Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to clients as described in unit/department-based competencies, policies, and procedures.

Accurately evaluate client’s needs and develop/implement/review/maintain a comprehensive care plan.

Evaluate and provide care as directed to achieve desired outcomes for a diverse population of clients.

Complete timely and accurate documentation as per Health System/affiliate policy.

Complete timely and accurate review activities, records reviews, and analysis of client and supervised clinician data as per Health System/affiliate policy as necessary.

Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.

Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

3-5 years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
Required License/Certifications/Registrations:
-
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
-
Kansas Driver’s License
-
Auto Insurance equal to or greater than the Kansas Insurance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Education and Experience:

Experience managing Applied Behavior Analysis systems or teams
Preferred License/Certifications/Registrations:
-
Qualified to supervise, train, assess, and/or oversee individuals who are working toward BACB certification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
