Manager of Caregiver Relations

The Manager of Caregiver Relations builds, leads, and continuously improves the Caregiver Relations function. Sets the bar for method, quality, and experience. Owns tiering rules, Key Process Standard Work, analytics, on-call readiness, and executive reporting.

  • Build, sustain, and continuously improve the experience touchpoints, communication standards, and loop closure standards
  • Translate complex casework into executive-level insights that drive policy and leadership behavior
  • Hold the line on consistency and equity while enabling compassionate decisions aligned to INTEGRIS Health values
  • Implement the Caregiver Relations standards; tier definitions, key process standard work, templates, professional standards, and caregiver resources
  • Hire, coach, and performance-manage Tier I – III talent; run on-call and surge capacity
  • Own case management workflows, documentation standards, and experience service level agreements
  • Review and assign escalations; personally lead or oversee select Tier III investigations
  • Partner with HR Talent Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Caregiver Safety, and Caregiver Health on outcomes and risk mitigation
  • Produce monthly/quarterly insight reports (themes, hotspots, leading indicators, equity checks)
  • Partner with HR Talent Strategy for leader education on documentation and corrective action
  • Ensure audit-readiness, evidence handling, and litigation support discipline

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years HR/Employee Relations experience
  • Formal training in employee relations investigations, mediation, and conflict resolution


EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE:

  • Healthcare HR experience preferred
