MANAGER OF CREATOR OPERATIONS; INFLUENCER MARKETING

Compensation Range: $45 - 50 per hour

We are seeking a Manager of Creator Operations to lead the execution of creator-led initiatives, brand safety protocols, and creator support strategies for our premier retail media network. In this role, you will oversee influencer campaigns and manage direct supplier relationships, fostering a "Creator-first" environment that prioritizes exceptional service and seamless support across every interaction.

You will act as a bridge between our retial media networks business, product, tech, and design teams to nurture creator partnerships and deliver on supplier-funded projects. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial position designed for a leader ready to scale our creator ecosystem and solidify our status at the forefront of the content-to-commerce space.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day workflow for the creator and influencer channels, refining operational frameworks and handling creator activations.
• Quality & Safety: Implement comprehensive brand safety and creator care strategies to provide a "white-glove" experience for our partners.
• Financial & Risk Management: Forecast the economic impact of creator programs, use measurement frameworks to adjust roadmaps, and mitigate business risks.
• Reputation Management: Identify potential threats to brand or platform integrity and proactively deploy preventative solutions.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs for creator satisfaction and success, developing robust systems for tracking and reporting.
• Vendor Management: Oversee external vendor performance, ensuring metrics are met and identifying avenues for collaborative growth.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timelines and campaign goals are met.
• Advocacy: Maintain a "member-first" mindset throughout all internal processes and external campaigns.
• Product Integration: Collaborate with the Product team to align business strategies with upcoming launches and technical roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5+ years of professional experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Operations, or e-Commerce/Retail.
• MUST HAVE: Influencer Marketing experience with an agency.
• Networking: Proven history of managing relationships with marketing leaders and clients within the media and retail sectors.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a "make it happen" attitude-comfortable with everything from high-level meetings to persistent follow-ups.
• Organization: Highly detail-oriented with a passion for designing scalable processes and efficient workflows.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A "builder" mindset with the ability to launch programs from scratch and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared success.
• MUST BE LOCAL TO Bentonville, AR.
