Manager of Influencer Marketing

About the Role

The Marketing Influencers Specialist is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, etc.).


Responsibilities

  • Influencer Identification & Outreach:
  • Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators aligned with the brand’s values, audience, and marketing objectives.
  • Evaluate influencer performance metrics (reach, engagement, audience demographics, content quality).
  • Initiate contact and manage influencer onboarding, collaboration agreements, and negotiations.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.
  • Manage influencer briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results using analytics tools.
  • Generate post-campaign reports, including ROI, engagement rates, and key learnings.
  • Optimize future campaigns based on insights and data.
  • Trend & Market Insights:
  • Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.
  • Provide recommendations for innovative influencer collaborations and creative campaign ideas.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand tone consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
