Manager of School Operation ( MSO)

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of School Operations (MSO) to help drive operational excellence across our educational institutions at Madinaty Integrated Language School . In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our schools operate smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive educational environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations and implement effective management strategies
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance operational practices
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
• Develop policies and procedures that support the school's educational mission
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular assessments and feedback
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Handle logistics, facilities management, and vendor relationships to improve operational efficiency
• Mentor and develop staff to build a high-performing team
• Promote effective communication within the school community and with external stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in school operations or educational management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, Patient, Flexible, and Positive when handling Problems
• Experience in budget management and financial acumen
• Familiarity with educational regulations and best practices in school operations
