Manager - Off-plan

Job Description: Sales Manager

Role Overview: The Off-Plan & Resale Residential Property Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company’s residential off-plan and secondary market (resale) property portfolio. This role focuses on driving sales performance, managing developer relationships, and delivering expert advisory services to clients seeking residential investment or end-use properties. The position requires strong leadership, in-depth market knowledge, and the ability to execute revenue-driven strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage off-plan and resale residential sales operations to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential off-plan projects and resale inventory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key stakeholders in the residential market.
  • Source and manage a competitive portfolio of residential properties, including apartments, villas, and townhouses.
  • Advise clients on residential property investments, market trends, pricing strategies, and ROI potential.
  • Monitor residential market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to support strategic decisions.
  • Supervise and mentor property consultants, ensuring sales targets, training, and performance standards are met.
  • Review offers, Sales and Purchase Agreement, and resale contracts in compliance with Qatar real estate regulations.
  • Lead negotiations for residential transactions to secure optimal outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Ensure smooth transaction management from lead generation to deal closure, including documentation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, project launches, and listing promotions.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems for tracking leads, inventory, and sales performance.
  • Represent the company at developer launches, exhibitions, and real estate events.
  • Drive client retention, referrals, and long-term relationship management.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales (off-plan and resale).
  • Proven leadership or team management experience.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License & QID.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar residential real estate laws, developer processes, and transaction procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple listings and meet sales targets under pressure.

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per hour
