Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (preferred).
• 3–5 years of supervisory/administrative experience in a hospital environment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and medical emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of hospital systems, billing, and patient service protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital operations during night duty and act as the single point of authority.
• Ensure smooth coordination between emergency, ICU, wards, pharmacy, and diagnostic services.
• Handle patient admissions, discharges, and billing escalations during night shift.
• Supervise nursing staff, duty doctors, housekeeping, and security teams.
• Respond to patient/family queries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor safety, security, and cleanliness across the hospital premises.
• Prepare and submit night shift reports to hospital management.
• Manage critical incidents and escalate to senior management/consultants when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and emergency procedures.
