Manager Online and Distance Learning

Job Summary:

The Manager, ODL will be responsible for overseeing the operational management and implementation of online and distance learning initiatives. The role requires close coordination with faculty members and academic departments to support the development, delivery, and quality assurance of digital learning programs.

Requirements:

  • M.Phil or equivalent degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Education, Public Policy, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
  • 5-6 years of relevant professional experience in managing online and distance learning programs, LMS administration, educational technology projects, academic administration, or related areas within a higher education institution.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), educational technologies, and digital pedagogy.
  • Knowledge of HEC policies and regulatory frameworks governing online and distance education.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
