The Manager - Operations is responsible for preparation, activation, delivery and optimisation of MAF Precision Media campaigns across various digital media channels. The role holder is also responsible for cross-functional teams (i.e. sales, ecommerce, onsite) alignment to deliver successful MAF Precision Media campaigns/ activations.


He/she will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and effectiveness, feedback and co-ordinate with yield manager to identify areas for improvement and perform optimization


Responsibilities:

Campaign Management


  • Activate and deliver digital campaigns across various platforms, from timeline management through to creative approval, trafficking, and troubleshooting
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite campaigns across various media channels
  • Accountable for maximising budget utilisation & campaign ROAS performance
  • Troubleshoot creative issues and monitor under/over delivery issues
  • Track campaign status, identify and troubleshoot delivery issues, and review reporting data for quality assurance


Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness, analyzing metrics and collaborate with yield manager to develop actionable insights
  • Measure and optimise campaigns using dashboards & analytics reports against delivery and KPI objectives


Collaboration & Communication

  • Contribute to digital operations processes, recommend updates and efficiencies. Educate teams, schedules check-ins for ongoing maintenance, and help ensure adoption
  • Drive collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to discuss campaign setup (i.e., KPI goals), execution, QA, troubleshooting, and optimisation success.
  • Responsible in documentation for approvals & ensure nothing is missed across multiple campaigns running concurrently.



Minimum experience

  • Minimum 6 years in the related function
  • Preferably 3+ years in the retail/ media business or closely related industry

Skills

  • Ability to self-manage & self-motive to learn new things
  • A concrete understanding of the ad delivery processes
  • Experiences in working with eCommerce environment/ CMS will be a plus
  • Familiar with creative assets with a creative mind set
  • Understanding of campaign workflow management tool
  • Knowledge of technical market standards (ad-serving, SSP, DSP, etc.) is preferred
