We are a well-established IATA-accredited freight forwarding company seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager Operations – Air Export to lead and manage our air export operations in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have strong airline coordination experience and in-depth knowledge of international air freight procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete Air Export Operations including booking, documentation, cargo handling, and shipment execution.
• Coordinate with airlines, GSAs, and international agents for space booking and competitive freight rates.
• Ensure timely preparation and verification of export documents
• Maintain strong working relationships with airlines and GSAs to secure better allocations and rates.
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time uplift and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, airline policies, and international trade laws.
• Supervise and lead the operations team to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Handle customer queries, resolve operational issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Control operational costs and ensure profitability of shipments.
• Coordinate with customs clearing agents and internal departments for smooth cargo flow.
• Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Air Export Operations with a renowned IATA agent.
• Strong professional contacts with airlines and GSAs in Karachi.
• In-depth knowledge of international air freight procedures and documentation.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 100,000 + Incentive Total Package: PKR 200,000 (based on experience and performance)
• Performance-based growth opportunities

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
