Manager Operation Network

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Operations Manager to lead and manage our ISP network infrastructure and operations. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining robust network systems to meet organizational goals for performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in managing complex, multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure high network uptime, performance, and security across all ISP services.
• Design, architect, and maintain enterprise-scale data networks, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, SDN, and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
• Implement and manage network security infrastructure, including firewalls, proxies, VPNs (IPSec & Remote Access), and security zones.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot multi-vendor network technologies, including Cisco, MikroTik, CDNs, CRM systems, and NetBox.
• Oversee and maintain networking hardware and configurations for routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
• Configure and optimize Layer 2 protocols: VLANs, Trunking, STP, RSTP, ARP, LLDP, CDP.
• Manage Layer 3 protocols and services: OSPF, BGP, IP, VRFs, VRRP, QoS, ACLs, IPSec.
• Utilize advanced network techniques and tools: EtherChannel, PAgP, LACP, multicast, TCP/IP, IPv6, TACACS.
• Perform advanced network traffic analysis and diagnostics using tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, NetFlow/sFlow, iPerf, etc.
• Administer security policies including NAT, DMZs, VPNs, and application-aware firewalls.
• Manage firewall solutions and optimize security using Cisco ASA, FortiGate, and F5 Big-IP platforms.
• Provide configuration, support, and lifecycle management for Cisco and MikroTik switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Administer network services: RADIUS, TACACS+, SNMP, including rule set management, license renewals, certificate updates, firmware upgrades, and improving overall security posture.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing service provider (ISP) networks and large-scale infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in deploying and supporting multi-vendor network technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, firewall configurations, and advanced networking protocols.
• Experience managing mission-critical networks with high availability, redundancy, and failover configurations.
• Proficient in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tools.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring and growing technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
