Assistant Store Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

A business is looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Store Manager to lead store sales while managing daily operations, inventory, financial records, staff, and customer service.

Responsibilties
-Manage daily sales and overall store operations.
-Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
Maintain accurate inventory; control wastage, damages, and losses.
-Manage procurement: coordinate with vendors, purchase stock on time, and ensure best market deals through regular visits.
-Keep accurate ledgers of sales, expenses, stock, and cash; ensure proper cash handling and reporting.
-Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance of the store.
Prepare regular sales, expense, and inventory reports for management.

Requirements
-Graduation (preferred).
-2–5 years of experience in retail or store management.
-Good communication skills.
-Knowledge of accounts/ledger keeping, inventory, supply chain, and POS systems.
-Willing to work evening and night shifts (4 PM – 3 AM).

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
