Position: Manager – Operational Excellence

Location: Islamabad

Wilson’s Pharmaceuticals is seeking a proactive Manager – Operational Excellence to lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and drive a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) programs to enhance productivity, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency.

Promote a CI culture and embed improvement practices into daily operations.

Manage CI projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery.

Track performance using Lean tools (OEE, SMED, 5S, VSM) and report results to stakeholders.

Conduct Lean training for teams to improve capabilities and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Education: MBA / Lean Sigma Green Belt

Experience: 4–5 years in operational excellence or process improvement

Skills & Competencies: Team leadership, process optimization, analytical decision-making, effective communication, DMAIC & Lean tools proficiency
