Manager - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Operational Readiness to join our forward-thinking team. This essential role focuses on ensuring that our innovative projects and attractions are fully operational and poised for a successful launch. You will leverage your operational expertise to create readiness plans, foster cross-functional collaboration, and enhance guest experiences through meticulous preparation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive operational readiness plans that align with Qiddiya’s strategic vision and objectives.
  • Engage with various stakeholders across departments to ensure all operational aspects are addressed prior to project launches.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of operational readiness and identify gaps, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and implement training programs to prepare staff for operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor operational readiness and performance metrics.
  • Identify operational risks and challenges, developing mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Champion a guest-centric approach, ensuring all operational procedures enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operational management or readiness, preferably within the entertainment or large-scale project sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategies that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with a collaborative approach to leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting training and development programs for operational teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s culture, business environment, and regulatory landscape is advantageous.
