Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage inbound operations and ensure results align with customer SLAs.
  • Maintain good working relationships and communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead and handle independent inbound operations.
  • Assist in meeting performance targets and participate in problem-solving processes.
  • Ensure service providers meet requirements and follow SOPs.
    • Provide accurate inputs for billing and MIS.


Responsibilities


  • Review daily working processes and manage people effectively.
  • Ensure operational issues are registered, resolved, or escalated appropriately.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and achievement of KPIs.
  • Promote safe working practices and participate in quality initiatives.


Skills and Competencies:


  • Communication skills (English/Local Language), spoken and written.
  • Leadership skills.
  • PAN India Transportation knowledge.
  • Good documentation skills (screening, archiving, retrieval).
  • Good people management skills.
  • Customer Orientation.
