Work Profile- (Operation Head)

ROLE TASKS:

Operations Head is responsible for working with various stakeholders (Clients/Directors/Staff) to ensure multiple project sites spanned in different cities, are completed smoothly on-time with the standard quality of the company and with estimated material, overseeing sites’ requirement and compliance, staff Reports and report on operational performance and bring improvements with complete responsibility.

Ultimately, to ensure entire operations run smoothly with the implementation of SOPs and prepare additional SOPs so that team is productive and to implement standard safety systems.

DESIRED SKILLS:

· Leadership: Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role

· Knowledge of Cross Functional Teams: Familiarity with all business functions including Sales, HR, Store and Logistics, Contract fulfilment.

  • Good communication : with Stakeholders, Verbal and written
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Graduate or post Graduate
  • Mentorship qualities: Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity
  • Self-Motivated: Take charge, evaluate available resources, then propose and implement appropriate solutions.
  • WORK UNDER PRESSURE, Candidate who can take working pressure, especially when sites encounter issues. Good operations managers are a stabilizing force during these times, helping to keep projects (and, often, even entire companies) afloat.

WHAT IS EXPECTED:

· Reporting throughout till the site’s completion, stakeholders may approach the operations Head for progress updates. Good operations managers can figure out what data should be presented, assemble that data in a concise format, and report confidently to the stakeholders in question.

· Managing a team of Supervisors: Allocate the sites to supervisors and timely monitor the site's progress and report to the management, Work deadline, product use.

  • Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites
  • facilitating site planning meetings
  • tracking company resource usage
  • identifying project risks and proposing solutions
  • dispatching subcontractors and equipment
  • measuring and managing client satisfaction
  • facilitating weekly operations meetings
  • coordinating equipment maintenance
  • Coordination with Labours:- Regarding their salary, Advance pay salary, leave, and food Expenses co ordinating with HR.
  • Coordination with clients regarding site readiness- issues, Site Issues and resolution, coordination regarding the work status of a site or any other site challenges.
  • Responsible for Stock Inventory.
  • Take interviews for supervisors or any as directed
  • Conduct official meetings and training for staff as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
