  • Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee daily activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance interdepartmental processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Certification in Project Management or Six Sigma and AI tools is a plus.
