This role sits at the intersection of Marketing Strategy, Marketing Operations, Channel teams (Ecom, Paid, Non-Paid), and Product/Technology—ensuring automation and AI capabilities are aligned to strategic priorities, operational workflows, channel performance goals, and technical feasibility.

What You'll Do:Marketing, Channel & Product/Tech Alignment- Partner closely with Marketing, Ecom, Paid, Non-Paid teams to identify automation and AI opportunities that improve performance and efficiency.

Translate channel business requirements into clearly defined use cases and technical inputs for Product and Technology teams.

Ensure automation and AI initiatives are aligned with platform capabilities, data architecture, and enterprise technology standards.

Act as a connector across business and technical stakeholders to reduce friction and accelerate execution.
Marketing Automation Execution & Digital Asset Management (DAM) Execution- Support advancement of enterprise marketing automation and orchestration capabilities to improve personalization, lifecycle marketing, and campaign effectiveness.

Identify workflow inefficiencies across content production, asset management, and distribution, and campaign activation.

Partner with the Marketing Automation & AI Acceleration Lead and Product/Tech to: Enhance integration between DAM and activation platforms (email, paid media, onsite, etc.); enable dynamic content assembly and asset reuse across channels; automate asset tagging, metadata enrichment, and governance workflows.

Ensure DAM workflows are scalable, documented, and compliant with brand, legal and governance standards.

Support asset lifecycle management processes including ingestion, versioning, and archiving, and expiration control.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) Governance & Optimization- Support governance frameworks for asset taxonomy, metadata standards, naming conventions, and access controls.

Partner with Creative, Brand, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure asset rights management and usage guidelines are operationalized within DAM workflows.

Monitor DAM adoption and asset utilization metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

Drive continuous improvement in asset discoverability, reuse rates, and time-to-market for campaigns.

Coordinate vendor engagement related to DAM platform enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
AI Initiative Planning & Support- Support intake, documentation, and refinement of business requirements across Marketing and Channels.

Assist in evaluating initiatives based on impact, readiness, technical dependencies, and capacity.

Translate prioritized initiatives into structured project plans with clear milestones and ownership.

Coordinate rollout planning in partnership with Product/Tech to ensure delivery feasibility and sequencing.
Rollout Execution & Adoption- Execute rollout plans for AI and automation initiatives across marketing channels.

Coordinate pilots, phased releases, and scaling plans with Product/Tech and channel stakeholders.

Support structured adoption pathways including training, enablement materials, documentation, and workflow integration.

Monitor adoption metrics and provide feedback loops to Product/Tech and leadership.
Stakeholder Communication- Develop clear updates and dashboards to provide visibility into initiative progress, risks, and outcomes.

Translate technical and operational updates into concise business-facing narratives.

Maintain consistent communication cadence across Marketing, Channels, and Product/Tech teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination- Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across Marketing, Channel, and Product/Tech workstreams.

Identify misalignment early and proactively escalate risks or blockers.

Ensure consistent implementation of automation and AI capabilities across channels.
Change Management & Enablement- Support change management efforts for AI and automation rollouts.

Clearly communicate what is changing; why it matters; how teams should engage; what success looks like.

Contribute to development of training materials, documentation, and use case libraries.

Monitor adoption signals and recommend adjustments to improve sustained engagement.
Governance & Measurement- Track KPIs including adoption rates, efficiency gains, time-to-impact, and campaign performance lift.

Maintain project documentation, milestone tracking, and dependency management.

Support vendor coordination and ensure execution aligns with established governance frameworks.
What You'll Bring:- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, MarTech, Digital Marketing, or related roles.

Experience working cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with enterprise marketing technology ecosystems and automation platforms.

Exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools or intelligent automation use cases.

Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
