Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Manager of Operational Excellence, helping translate strategy into execution across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, policy governance, and digital transformation. You will work directly towards designing scalable policies, driving process improvements, and enabling digital-first ways of working.

Job Responsibilities:
Drive Operational Excellence

Design and implement scalable operational policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

Identify operational inefficiencies and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve how work gets done.

Introduce best practices in process design, documentation, and operational discipline.
Enable Digital-First Operations

Lead initiatives to digitize workflows, automate processes, and improve operational visibility.

Partner with product, IT, and business teams to deploy tools that enhance productivity and collaboration.

Ensure processes are designed for scalability and technology integration.
Support Executive Execution

Act as a execution partner to the Director Operational Excellence to drive priority initiatives.

Translate strategic direction into structured execution plans across teams.

Track key initiatives, remove blockers, and ensure accountability.
Build Organizational Alignment

Coordinate cross-functional programs and ensure teams are aligned on priorities.

Develop executive briefings, operational dashboards, and leadership updates.

Support organizational planning cycles including strategic initiatives and operational reviews.
Establish Policy and Governance Discipline

Develop clear, practical policies and operating frameworks that improve consistency and accountability.

Work with business leaders to ensure adoption and alignment across departments.

Previous GRC experience and ability to drive policies across the organisation.
Required Skills

8 to 12 years of experience in
operations, strategy, management consulting, or operational excellence roles
.

Exceptional ability to
structure problems, design processes, and drive execution
.

Strong
written communication skills
, particularly for policy and executive-level documentation. Previous experience in drafting policies and process engineering.

Experience working closely with
senior leadership or executive offices
.

Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
