We are one of the leading CBSE-affiliated educational institutions in the country, with multiple schools across Punjab. We are seeking an experienced Manager – Operations & HR to lead and modernize operational systems across our schools, while strengthening people processes and institutional efficiency.
The role demands a blend of operational execution, systems thinking, and people management — ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving process improvements, and enabling school teams to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Systems
- Lead execution and adherence on ERP systems across all key modules – Admissions, Academics, Fee Management, Transport, HR, and Communication.
- Identify process gaps and ensure smooth system adoption across departments and schools.
- Drive cross-functional implementation of new initiatives across schools (ERP rollouts, policy digitization, or workflow automation).
- Lead website development projects, oversee regular social media updates, and review IT collaterals and e-learning tools to ensure alignment with institutional standards.
- Work closely with school heads to standardize operational practices and monitor adherence to timelines and SOPs.
Human Resources
- Manage HR processes for the head office & schools: recruitment, documentation, compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity), and leave/attendance systems.
- Institutionalise performance management systems (KRAs, appraisals, and feedback).
- Analyse attrition trends, and lead retention or engagement initiatives.
- Partner with the Academic Coordinator to align HR with teacher development and evaluation systems.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Prepare periodic Ops & HR dashboards for management, highlighting key data trends and areas for improvement.
- Benchmark best practices in operations and HR, and recommend scalable systems for adoption.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably with specialisation in Management, HR, or Operations).
- Experience: 8–12 years of experience in education or other process-driven sectors (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, or large institutions).
- Proven ability to manage HR processes, performance systems, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of institutional operations, ERP/school management systems, and process implementation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to translate strategy into execution.
- Female candidates with prior experience in educational institutions will be strongly preferred.
