Job Summary:

The Manager - Operations Planning will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, operational efficiency, and resource optimization within Mobility Operations. This role will ensure seamless coordination of transport and logistics planning, enhance operational workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making to improve mobility services.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Planning & Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance mobility operations efficiency.
• Conduct operational analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Resource & Logistics Management:

• Oversee fleet planning, scheduling, and capacity management to ensure optimal utilization.
• Implement technology-driven solutions for route optimization and real-time monitoring.
• Ensure effective demand forecasting and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to maintain service quality and cost efficiency.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to track operational performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Implement predictive modeling techniques to enhance mobility operations planning.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations.
• Develop risk management frameworks to address operational challenges and disruptions.
• Implement safety standards and sustainability initiatives within mobility operations.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a team of operations planners and analysts.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobility operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations planning, logistics, or mobility services.
• Expertise in fleet management, transport planning, and operational analytics.
• Proficiency in planning and optimization tools such as GIS, TMS, and BI platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Transportation & Logistics (e.g., CILT, APICS).
• Experience with AI/ML applications in mobility planning.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in transportation.
