Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who can effectively manage sales coordination, backend operations, and overall workflow management. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between sales, procurement, and operations, ensuring timely order processing, accurate backend documentation, and seamless client communication. This is a key role for someone who has managed both people and processes, especially in a sales driven business setup.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee and manage the back-end operations team handling quotation preparation, order entries, dispatch tracking, and documentation.  Coordinateclosely withthe sales team to ensure all client requirements are captured and processed efficiently.  Monitor daily order flow—from inquiry, quotation, and purchase orderto dispatch and billing.  Handle vendor communication, follow-ups, and price negotiations for corporate gifting products.  Supervise back-end and Sales team members to ensure data accuracy,timely reporting, and client follow-ups.  Maintain up-to-date sales trackers, dispatch reports, and client order summaries.  Work with logistics partners to plan dispatches and ensure on-time delivery across India.  Ensure product customization, branding, and packaging meet client specifications before dispatch.  Assist in inventory planning basedonupcoming ordersand salesprojections.  Driveback-endprocess improvements to enhance speed,accuracy, and coordination between departments.  PrepareperiodicMIS reports and performance summaries for management review.

Candidate Profile

 Minimum10-15years of total experience, with atleast 7-10years in sales coordination or backend operations.  Prior experience in corporate gifting, FMCG, trading, or B2B product-based industries preferred.  Strong leadership and team-handling skills —ability to manage backend coordinators and admin staff.  Excellent knowledge of sales operations, vendor management, and order fulfilment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,407.25 - ₹58,933.95 per month
