IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible to support the line manager in overseeing strategic projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring project alignment with business objectives. This role involves project planning, progress tracking, training coordination, employee engagement, and reporting standardization within the function.



HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute key strategic projects.
  • Plan and oversee project activities, including timelines, task prioritization, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Assist the Line Manager with daily operational tasks, strategic initiatives, training preparations, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate and document high-level meetings, ensuring clear recording of decisions and timely follow-up actions.
  • Streamline and standardize reporting across the Sales function to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assess department-wide training needs, design relevant programs, and manage the annual training calendar for the Retail Sales function.
  • Oversee ICAEW and ICAP training programs, acting as the liaison between the organization and the respective institutes.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including reward and recognition programs, to promote a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Organize and execute activities that reinforce team collaboration, motivation, and retention.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, HR, or a related field.

Experience:


  • 5-8 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Training Coordination, or Business Support roles.


Technical Competencies:


  • Project & Stakeholder Management.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution.
  • Training & Development Coordination.
