Manager Outlet Operations

We are a fast-growing premium ice cream brand dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, high-quality products, and world-class service. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead our outlet operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop outlet team members.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize outlet profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and wastage control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Train and coach employees on service excellence and product knowledge.
  • Monitor cash handling, daily sales reporting, and operational performance.
  • Execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase sales. These responsibilities align with common outlet management duties in food and beverage operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, café, restaurant, dessert, or ice cream outlet management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Experience in inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance tracking.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office applications
