We are a fast-growing premium ice cream brand dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, high-quality products, and world-class service. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead our outlet operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop outlet team members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize outlet profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and wastage control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Train and coach employees on service excellence and product knowledge.
- Monitor cash handling, daily sales reporting, and operational performance.
- Execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase sales. These responsibilities align with common outlet management duties in food and beverage operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail, café, restaurant, dessert, or ice cream outlet management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience in inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance tracking.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office applications
