What is Manager PAM?
The role reports directly to the Head of Identity and Assess Management and Project Delivery and will be part of 10 members team.
What does Manager PAM do?

Strategy and Planning
- Develop and Implement PAM Strategy: Create a comprehensive PAM strategy aligned with the organization’s cybersecurity goals. This includes identifying critical assets, defining access policies, and setting up governance frameworks.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities related to privileged access and develop mitigation strategies.
- PAM Solution Management
- Deployment and Configuration: Oversee the deployment and configuration of PAM solutions, ensuring they meet security standards and business requirements.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including identity and access management (IAM) systems, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools, and other security solutions.
- Access Control and Monitoring
- Access Policies: Define and enforce access policies for privileged accounts, ensuring least privilege principles are applied.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Implement continuous monitoring and auditing of privileged access activities to detect and respond to suspicious behavior. Use tools like session recording and real-time alerts.
- Incident Response and Management
- Incident Handling: Lead the response to security incidents involving privileged accounts, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
- Forensics: Conduct forensic analysis to understand the root cause of incidents and prevent future occurrences.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure PAM practices comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on PAM activities, incidents, and compliance status for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Team Leadership and Training
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of PAM specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on the importance of PAM and secure practices.

- PAM Strategy Document: A detailed document outlining the PAM strategy, including risk assessments, access policies, and governance frameworks.
- Deployment Plan: A comprehensive plan for the deployment and configuration of PAM solutions, including timelines, resources, and integration steps.
- Access Control Policies: Well-defined policies for managing privileged access, ensuring compliance with the principle of least privilege.
- Incident Reports: Detailed reports on security incidents involving privileged accounts, including root cause analysis and remediation actions.
- Compliance Reports: Regular reports demonstrating compliance with relevant regulations and standards, highlighting any gaps and remediation plans.
- Training Materials: Educational materials and training sessions for employees to raise awareness about PAM and secure practices.
Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager PAM?

At least 7-10 years of hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions such as CyberArk, KRON, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic.
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity, including knowledge of best practices, threat landscapes, and security frameworks.
- Database Single Sign On and User Management expertise
- Cloud Infrastructure Access Management understanding.
- Capable to manage contracts, RFP’s and technical proposals.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and tools like JIRA or MS Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with IAM solutions and concepts, such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and user provisioning. Experience securing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding cloud-specific security challenges.
