Job Summary
The Manager for Payment services will be responsible for overseeing the digital payment services, payment card acquiring under the Saudia brand, and digital wallets. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong business and services background and excellent management skills to ensure the successful delivery, and operation of payment solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Support and contribute to the development of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital payment solutions, ensuring alignment with the airline’s business objectives and customer needs.

Digital Payment Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital payment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Payment Card Acquiring:
Manage the payment card acquiring process under the Saudia brand, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Digital Wallets:
Develop and implement strategies for digital wallets, ensuring seamless integration with other digital solutions and enhancing customer convenience.

Team Management:
Lead and manage internal and external development teams and payment operations professionals, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support to deliver high-quality payment solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including business units, marketing, sales, operations, IT, vendors, partners, and regulators—to ensure payment solutions meet requirements and expectations.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and measure the performance and impact of payment solutions, leveraging data and feedback to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and enhancement.

Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and innovation.
Education and Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science,
Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:
-
Minimum
of 10 years of experience in digital payment management within the Saudi or Middle East payment environment.

Strong understanding of Visa/Mastercard services and bank acquiring processes in the region, preferably within the airline or travel industry.

Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative payment solutions.

At least 5 years of experience leading and managing payment teams, with demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
