We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - People Business Consultant IWPB

Purpose of the role


In order to accomplish these outcomes, is expected that the HR Consultant will:

  • Work with Senior Consultants to manage program delivery proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Actively research market, make diagnostics using robust data and insights
  • Support HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) with insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and HR technology advancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for tracking key metrics, such as workforce trends, diversity, attrition, and talent development.
  • Design and deliver HR MI reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders. Create progress report, understand issues, dependencies and risks

  • Assist in change management efforts related to HR programs and processes. Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.


To be successful you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources,Business or Analytics with 3-5 years of experience, data analytics, or program management in Human Resources.
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills, complex data interpretation. Mandatory Proficiency in Analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, HRIS, etc)
  • External consulting experience in larger reputed People and Talent Consulting Practice is preferred, although not mandatory
  • Experience in large projects related to Engagement, Culture, People Experience, Leadership, Talent Management are highly desirable
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and have strong analytical abilities to draw insights to support business decisions
  • Should have supported complex projects with end-to-end ownership and are able to identify problems and mitigate risks
  • Critical thinking with strong influential skills and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across levels is a desired kill
