Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the performance management cycle across the organisation, ensuring processes are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance appraisal frameworks, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, calibration, and annual evaluations.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to embed a high-performance culture, providing guidance on objective setting, development planning, and performance differentiation.
  • Support in designing and executing performance-related incentive and recognition programmes that reinforce organisational values and reward exceptional contribution.
  • Work closely with the Director of Rewards on the integration of performance outcomes into compensation and reward structures, ensuring fairness, transparency, and competitiveness.
  • Analyse performance data and produce insightful reporting and dashboards to support decision-making at leadership and board level.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training for managers on performance management best practices, feedback, and coaching.
  • Support wider rewards projects including benchmarking, salary reviews, job evaluation, and market analysis, with a performance lens.
  • Stay updated on regional and global trends in performance management and total rewards, recommending enhancements that will strengthen employee engagement and retention.
